ππΎπ¨2016 #race recap: Four Half Marathons, two 15k's, one 8 miler (with an "awesome" cast on my broken wristπ€π’), one 12k, three 10k's, twenty-seven 5k's, two 4 milers, one 2 miler, two 1 milers and four 5k virtual races...and in addition to these runs I completed 366 days of #running at least 1 mile a day to continue my #SiriusFitnessRunStreak and I warmed up the runners (then ran) for about 15 races this year!
For 2017...I gotta get back on my Half Marathon "kick" and I'm also gonna hop on the bike and get some Duathlons under my belt and preserve my knees with some trail running! MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU ALL! Have an AWESOME 2017! ππΎπ¨ #LiveWellSD
