28 Days to "CHANGE"




Research has proven that it takes 28 days to form a habit. Soooo...join me
and lets work on forming a habit. Stop smoking, drinking, eating late at night, unhealthy snacking, binge eating, not exercising, etc... I'm not eating bread, added sugar, meat (including fish) or dairy for the next 28 (maybe more ) days. I'm also doing 100 pushups a day (in addition to my regular workouts) What habits are you going to work on forming in the next 28 days??
